Return Policy

Refunds:
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If, within 3 days of delivery, you are not completely satisfied with your Artisan House merchandise, we will gladly refund your money (minus round trip shipping). Simply email cs@artisanhouseonline.com within 3 days of the receipt of delivery and we will take process your return. Your refund should be excepted within four (4)weeks from your package being sent back via the return shipper.

Damaged Merchandise:
All Artisan House art is thoroughly inspected before shipping; therefore our customers rarely, if ever, receive damaged merchandise. However, should you receive damaged merchandise from Artisan House Online, simply email us at cs@artisanhouseonline.com within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly replace your art work or refund your money.

We encourage you to **thoroughly inspect your merchandise upon delivery** as we will not be responsible for damages that are not reported by email within three (3) business days of the receipt of your delivery. Again, please inspect your packages as soon as they are delivered and email us immediately if there is any problem whatsover.

Instructions for Returning Merchandise:
If you need to return merchandise please follow these guidelines:

• Email cs@artisanhouseonline.com for return authorization and mailing instructions.
• Secure the merchandise in the original packaging material.
• Secure the packaged merchandise in the original carton.
• Mail the secured package to the address provided.

**Please note** If we receive merchandised that has been damaged due to your insufficient packaging, we will not be able to refund your money. It is very important that you securely package the merchandise before returning it to us.

Cancellation Policy

Should you decide to cancel your order before you receive it, contact us immediately by sending an email to cs@artisanhouseonline.com. We will do our best to accommodate you.
